  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Artisanelly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
