Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team before sending any item back.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production or fulfillment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
